We ship your order within 1 or 2 days (M-F) of receiving it. We will send you an email on the day your order ships. Orders are sent by U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail, and include a tracking number. We mail from zip code 75013, near Dallas, Texas. If you are in the U.S., your prints should normally arrive in 2 to 7 days after they are shipped. International shipping times vary a lot.

Yes, all orders get a tracking number. It will be sent to you in your shipping notification email. You may check the progress of delivery at by entering the number at the top of the page. All international orders also get a tracking number, but we can't guarantee that your country will update the status.

You can follow the progress of a package that has a tracking number by entering the number on the home page at You should see activity either late the night that you receive your shipping email, or late the next night. We always ship before the mailing deadline on the day you receive your notice (unless the email gives another date). If after three days you do not see any progress on the tracking number, please contact us.

Due to variations in post office service, we will wait two weeks for U.S. orders, and six weeks for international orders, before we consider an order to be "lost." We will reprint and reship lost orders at our expense. You may be required to fill out a claim form to help us with insurance.

If the post office tracking shows that your order has been delivered, then we don't consider it to be lost.

If your order is incorrect or damaged, or if we have made a mistake in any way, we will be happy to reprint and reship your order at our expense. We will ask you give us details and possibly take a photo of the problem and send it to us.

You may request a full refund for orders of fewer than 100 prints shipped to the U.S. You will need to send the prints back to us at your expense if you request a refund. Make sure that you get a tracking number from the post office, and that you email the number to us so we know it is coming.

We connect to your Instagram account using the Instagram API (Application Programming Interface). Once logged in, you will need to authorize to load photos from your account.

Kanvess will never delete any photos, post any photos, or post any comments using your Instagram account. We only access your account so we can print the pictures that your order. You may remove that permission at any time.

Yes, but only if you can login to both accounts. See the Logout of Instagram instructions on the Instagram step-by-step page. After logging out of Instagram, you can then login to your other account. We're saving your work as you go, so all of your photos can go on the same order. If you allow and keep cookies, then you will be able to come back to your order even after you close your browser.

No. Although it would be nice to print some of the amazing photos on Instagram, because of privacy and copyright issues, you can only order prints from your own Instagram accounts.
